WeSchool will launch a new global B2C EdTech initiative during H1-2022 and is looking for the Managing Director leading this venture. The initiative - the opposite of the usual uni-directional eLearning - will leverage the cooperative and hands-on “WeSchool method” for hybrid distance learning… and will be focused on professional development in the Tech space. More information will be provided during the hiring process.

In this role, you will

  • Define and sharpen the offering strategy (USP included), the go-to-market strategy, and the monetization strategy, together with the WeSchool leadership team
  • Lead the hiring process for the new venture to create the Content, the Marketing, and the Ops teams
  • Oversee the creation of the courses’ learning experience (including instructional design and video production), the design of the delivery operative model, and the actual courses delivery and monitoring
  • Lead the digital marketing funnels, the B2C conversion efforts, and sales strategies
  • Manage the P/L of the whole initiative

You are the right match if you have

  • A strong track record in the go-to-market and sales of a digital EdTech service or product (ideally you were leading the marketing and/or business team of an innovative B2C digital courses/EdTech player)
  • Strong digital business skills

Nice to have in your profile

  • A strong digital marketing background
  • Good content creation and/or instructional design background
  • Experience in building and launching digital products from scratch
