That’s why we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive acquisition/new user growth through Paid Media Channels.

The initiative is part of our internationalisation roadmap and will leverage the cooperative and hands-on “WeSchool Method” for hybrid distance learning, with campaigns focusing on different countries.

You will be responsible for building and executing campaigns (definition, execution, reporting), as well as managing performance and relationships across digital channels. The experimentation component, A/B test and definition of new strategies will be fundamental.

Responsibilities include:

  • ADV management (strategy, budget, performance and reporting) through proprietary accounts on Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AD Manager
  • Definition of KPI and reporting models related to all digital touchpoints and their interaction
  • DEM campaigns optimization
  • Analysis and monitoring of campaigns, site performance, marketplace-related activities (Google Analytics) and production of reports at predefined deadlines
  • Definition of the SEO strategy, management and development of SEM
  • Social Media strategy support, working side by side with our Social Media Specialist to ensure monthly Engagement and Growth KPIs are met by testing audiences and finding creative ways to engage users
  • Collaboration with the creative team in order to maximise content scalability and performance in different countries.

About you

Required Qualifications

  • Native Italian speaker
  • Advanced English
  • Passion for digital, education and cultural projects
  • Strong experience in media buying (strategy, bidding, analysis and reporting), with a performance perspective, on Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • 3-5 years of experience managing online marketing tools and processes (FB Business Manager), web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with audience testing and optimization for both B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation
  • An approach to finding new strategies that is critical and proactive, always with the intention of growing metrics
  • Data-driven mindset capable of transforming numbers into quantitative and qualitative take-aways and insights for defining communication and content strategies through constant dialog with referees

  • Experience with TikTok Auction
  • Acquisition experience with referral dynamics

About Us

We have recently closed a €6.4 million Series A funding round to scale technology and enter new markets. We provide an online classroom collaboration e-learning platform developed in-house by our Tech team that has enabled 1.7M (20% of) Italian students not to miss school - the other 2 platforms were Google and Microsoft - and to amplify their learning experience by leveraging digital tools during the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020.
