What's in it for you

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager who will manage the delivery of educational projects by setting priorities, coordinating resources, and producing results on time. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the organization of educational projects and timeline, working closely with the Education and Communications teams. Our educational projects are designed to provide training for teachers and students of Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as professional development for companies’ and institutions’ employees around Europe.

  • Define project’s roadmap, deliverables, and timelines
  • Track and manage both your own and the teams' projects tasks, efficiently adjusting focus from micro to macro
  • Manage the time and priorities of team members to achieve project goals
  • Routinely report to WeSchool leadership on project progress and outcomes
  • Manage weekly team meetings and task management
  • Ensure that all the educational projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders

Must haves:

  • Proven work experience as a project manager for projects in the Media, Publishing, Agencies, Education, Advisory or Digital industries
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects that move quickly and effectively prioritizing project tasks
  • Full Working Proficiency English
  • Passion for Digital, Culture, Education, Arts or Sciences

Nice to haves:

  • Basic understanding of instructional design and teaching methodologies
  • Experience/knowledge of various PM methodologies
  • Recruitment related experience

About Us

We have recently closed a Series A funding round to scale technology and enter new markets.

We provide an online classroom collaboration e-learning platform developed in-house by our Tech team that has enabled 1.7M (20% of) Italian students not to miss school - the other 2 platforms were Google and Microsoft - and to amplify their learning experience by leveraging digital tools during the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020.

We are a young, fast-growing, and fast-paced team that values collaboration and innovation as keys to reaching our mission. Our company is home to almost 50 full-time employees. And we plan to double our team in 2022 to push on our international growth with a full-remote first and objective-based approach.
